Vault tiers

The current vault has five numeric tiers determined by resulting active principal: Tier 1 starts at 100 USDT, Tier 2 at 500, Tier 3 at 1,250, Tier 4 at 5,000, and Tier 5 at 15,000. Read the current thresholds and rates from the vault-backed app before submitting a deposit.
